Need error code and termination: Failure to make progress on trails

If the dataset doesn't network well together or too high of a minimum trail length is set, then the trails will not accumulate.

Need to terminate a trail if it doesn't begin to accumulate after 2 minutes - is this possible?

• Then throw an error suggestion to reduce minimumTrailLength otherwise not enough data is available.

Flags Formatting

In my opinion options/flags should come after the in/out files: mappings in.csv out.csv [options]
The commonly used flags should have shortened flags like -N for --nwalks.
Standardize formatting for flags. We should choose camel case or underscores.

Error code required for failure to input headings correctly

Currently if a column name is input incorrectly, the error returned states the columnNameDict instead of what was input by the user.

Need an error code which states the column name that is what is requested by the User.

Might also be good to add a line stating 'wrong column name used, please check spelling on columns and capitalisation.'
