LIRC driver for the yaUsbIR V3 USB IR Transceiver with power switch

This is a LIRC user-space driver for the yaUsbIR V3 USB IR Transceiver based
on the original patch lirc-0.9.0_ya_usbir_v3.5.diff.tar.gz for LIRC 0.9.0

Installation:
 - unpack all files in one folder, e.g. lirc-drv-yausbir
 - install the correspoding lirc-devel package
 - cd lirc-drv-yausbir
 - make ya_usbir.so
 - make install
 - copy yaUsbIR_V3_lircd.conf to the LIRC configuration folder, e.g. /etc/lirc/lircd.conf.d
 - set driver in /etc/lirc/lirc_options.conf in paragraph [lircd] to
      driver = ya_usbir
 - continue the setup of your remote control as described in the original PDF

Checks:
  1) to test the driver installation use 
  #> lirc-lsplugins
  # Driver            Flags Plugin
  ....
  ya_usbir            -asL  /usr/lib64/lirc/plugins/ya_usbir.so

  2) to test if the hardware was found successfully use
  #>  mode2 --list-devices
  /dev/bus/usb/001/002 [10c4:876c] UG Development Lab yaUsbIR V3:IR transceiver with power switch version:  1.10 serial: XXXX
