"SSL_INIT" text displaying repeatedly during script run

A recent update in GNU wget has resulted in an upstream bug that displays "SSL_INIT" for every wget connection. This will be fixed later when your Linux distro gets the fix in place on their version of wget.

2mg images don't get get autogenerated as 3.5"

As of right now, you have to manually change the floppy_5_25 to floppy_3_5. This needs to be fixed.

Duplicate entries in the publisher list

Not all duplicate entries are errors. A few specific examples and reasons include:

• distributed by Davidson & Associates
• distributed by Davidson and Associates

There are entries that pop up both ways in the IA database and while my script eventually normalizes it to "Davidson and Associates", we still need to detect it to be able to adjust it.

• distributed by Josten Learning Systems
• distributed by Jostens Learning
  and
• distributed by K-12 Micro Media
• distributed by K-12 Micromedia

Here's two more cases where we have entries showing up in the IA database both ways.

• distributed by Learning Well
• distributed by Learning Well and Pelican Software

This likely WILL break in the script since it'll detect both on the case of the latter, but that's okay. I'd rather it break in a big obvious way so I can hand-fix it when I see it.

• distributed by The Regents of the University of California

You get the general idea. Sometimes dupes are needed as a result of what IA metadata is present. Exact duplicate lines, on the other hand? Unneeded and should be removed.
