CIA Timer meets rp2040 Timer

Currently the two cia timers use clock cycles to count down. This has to be switched to rp2040 timers. When a timer is started, a non repeating rp2040 timer will be used. The callback will trigger the 65c02 irq (or nmi).

Use the correct character page (CP437)

Tha adafruit library has a historical bug, using a corrupted code page. But the correct code page can be activated.

To correct it:
display.cp437(true);

Using Text and Colorbuffer

Every character plus the associated color (the index) are stored also to memory. So character and color manipulation happen in memory. The main update loop for the frame than draws every character in the right color to the screen

Enable or disable sprite engine

A bit somewhere in the display registers enables or disables the whole sprite engine. So in the main cycle the sprites are drawn (or not).
