Publish to Open VSX registry

I've been using your extension in VSCodium, the open source binary version on Visual Studio Code, and now it integrated the Open VSX registry as an Open Source alternative to the Microsoft Marketplace (since the license doesn't allow to use it in other projects).
I would love to see your extension in the new marketplace.

Extension doesn't seem to be working/enabled after install

I've tried to install the extension and use it on one of my Markdown files inside my Hugo site directory. However, typing 'h-' doesn't bring up any prompts and typing some of the examples does nothing either. Is there something I must do/enable before using the extension?

VS Code: Version: 1.38.1
Extensions Enabled: [Markdown All in One, Markdown Preview Enhanced, Markdown Lint, Hugo Helper, Hugo Snippets, Hugo Language and Syntax Support]

Enabling this extension disables syntax highlighting in .md files

Love the snippets, but when I enable this extension, I lose all syntax highlighting in my .md file!
