Missing "video_comment_edit" event subtype

According to groups events docs there should be also video_comment_edit event subtype, which is not currently available in the library. Bot lib throws an error, when I try to use this subtype.

Add ability to send POST requests too.

It would be really great if you added the ability to send POST requests too. I think this should somehow affect security and should allow to send much more data to API per one request.

Add options/parameters to "send_message" method

It would be nice to make sending messages a little more “smart”. Here is what I suggest:

   def send_message(target, content, options = {})
      target_id = target.to_i
      opts = {
        user_id: target_id,
        message: content,
        random_id: Utility.random_id(target_id),
      }
      opts.merge! options unless options.empty?
      api "messages.send", opts
    end

This will allow us to make such requests as:

bot.send_message recipient, "Some text", :keyboard => { ... }.to_json
