gulp-scp's Issues

Copy file from computer to server

Hi,

I used your example

gulp.task('default', function () {
gulp.src('./src/fileName.json')
.pipe(scp({
host: '255.255.255.255',
user: 'username',
port: 22,
path: '/temp/dir'
}));
});

When I run this on my computer I got this error "C: no address associated with name".
I tried to debug, I saw that the src file path change from relative path to full path "c:/folderName/.../../src/fileName,json".
When I change the path in the debug to relative it's work perfect!

Allow for specifying key file (-i)

I need to specify a key file: scp -i ~/.ssh/my_key.pem file user@my_ip:.
So I needed to resort to using exec.

(I can find some time, I'll look to submit a PR.)

How to copy directories recursively?

Following copies files in the dist directories but does not copy directories recursively.

// Scp
gulp.task('scp', function () {
  gulp.src([
    'dist/*'
  ])
  .pipe(scp({
    host: '...',
    user: '...',
    port: 22,
    path: '...'
  }));
});

if I use gulp.src(['dist/**/*']) all files are copied but the directory structure is not maintained.

Allow password

It would be great if we could specify a password for scenarios where we do not have keys set up for SSH to server.
