Clicking on in-document link is broken

A document I was editing contained an URL, when I clicked on it it didn't open the URL and I got the following error message in the right panel, replacing the rendering of the document:

GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.portal.Error.NotAllowed: This call is not available inside the sandbox

Preferences aren't saved - can't commit changes to dconf

What happened:
1 - Open the application (via flatpak run)
2 - Open the preferences window
3 - Change a setting
4 - Restart the app and notice that the setting change has been forgotten

What I expected to happen
At step 3 for the setting to be saved.

Note at step 3 in the console one can see the following.
(marker:2): dconf-WARNING **: failed to commit changes to dconf: GDBus.Error:org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown: org.freedesktop.DBus.Error.ServiceUnknown

It appears that dconf can't be used, does this app need the same finish-args used elsewhere for dconf?

Bullets do not nest up to the third level

Just found this behvior today, aside form it, Marker is a great MD editor :)

MD in question:

• end_bio_extent_readpage
  • bio_readpage_error
    • Check if btrfs_check_repairable fails (?)

runtime org.gnome.Platform branch 43 is end-of-life

The GNOME 43 runtime is no longer supported as of September 20, 2023. Please ask your application developer to migrate to a supported platform.

org.gnome.Platform//3.36 is end-of-life, which is the runtime version that Marker uses. Could this be updated to a newer version, say 40 which was released yesterday?

Flathub not updating?

Flathub still lists Marker as version 2018.01.23 which is the first version published on Flathub. Despite several changes to this repository which were all successfully built by the bot, Flathub does not seem to be updating the app. Is there something else that I need to do that I am just missing here?

File system access

As of right now, this program cannot work with files in the cli using the flatpak version, because it does not have access to the file system.

Everything works opening files with the GUI because of GtkFileChooserNative, but are there any workarounds like this for accessing the filesystem from the cli @TingPing?

Printing also doesn't seem to work in the flatpak version (I'm not sure if it is from the same cause though). See this issue for more info.

Still old version on flathub

@Mandarancio Flathub still offers the old version of the app which is limited with the scroll bug. Could you please look into that?
