I think it would be comfortable to have a menu manager inside the admin panel.
The way it should work is as follows:
You can create (multiple) separate menus and select pages which you want to assign to that menu. Then the theme developer can access those values with a simple foreach loop to create a menu in the frontend.

Composer

Please make the admin panel available via composer. This will simplify further updating and testing.

Costum fields layout option

I wanted to politely ask again, what happened to the idea to be able to create own backend templates with own fields. Did you think about that @Awilum ?
See flextype/flextype#29.
I know, this is pretty advanced stuff and should probably be implemented after the admin panel if fully functional and in kind of a finished state. But I want to keep this open, maybe someone is interested in contributing.

UI broken on mobiles

The UI is broken on small screens.

Currently there is an issue with tables inside cards. This should be fixed with Bootstrap 4.2.
twbs/bootstrap#25193

The navbar is missaligned, too. I took a quick look at it, but didn't have the time to create a pr by myself until now.
