`propertyfile` attribute not working

Describe the bug
When trying to use the propertyfile attribute, the following error gets thrown:

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Add propertyfile to a config json file
2. Run the dita-ot-helper

Expected behavior
It should run without errors and use the specified .properties file
