Handling resize better

I'm amazed this isn't higher in google search results for react ribbon as this truly is one of the better ribbon variants I've seen! I realise this hasn't been worked on for a while, but wanted to raise an issue anyway in case anyone continued with the project.

Current main issue is resizing.

The ribbon originally released by microsoft was a big thing largely because of it's ability to fit to any window width, by grouping buttons in groups, and forcing big buttons to become small buttons with/without text.

This would likely be a change to the Ribbon Group element, which would tell it's children to resize the icon and/or remove text and/or become groups in a popup.
