Required Package missing

After the install, when trying to run the app, I obtain the following error :

It looks like you're trying to use TypeScript but do not have the required package(s) installed.

Please install @types/react by running:

        yarn add --dev @types/react

Trying to install the package with npm or yarn does not change anything. Upgraded the packages didn't do anything either.
Staying stuck. Any idea on how to solve this?

If you are not trying to use TypeScript, please remove the tsconfig.json file from your package root (and any TypeScript files in your pages directory).
