Improve class parameters

Refactor class parameters to use an object instead of multiple parameters.

Strategy for preventing running out of tokens

• Track how many tokens have been used
• REDACT oldest service until there is enough free tokens to request
• Send a message when the limit can no longer be avoided

Add basic services

One idea I had was to include some basic services in this library.
Ideally they would not add any external dependencies.

A list of basic services that can be included in the package:

• DateTime service to get current date and do basic calculations with dates
• Math service to do basic calculations
• Filter/RegEx service
• HTTP service (this one might be tricky to use)

Other suggestions are welcome.

Improve documentation for Chat class

It is missing TSDoc comments.
