Multi-category support in category views

Support for the "secondary categories" still needs to be added to the front end models for category list/blog views.

Errors while saving

• Saving new article fails with error:

  • Save failed with the following error: Field xreference doesn't have a default value

• Secondary category is reportedly being seen as required when it should not be.

  • Save failed with the following error: Field secondary_categories doesn't have a default value

• Publish/feature buttons not working in articles view

Trouble assigning single article to menu item

1. Create a new menu item
2. Select menu type of Blog Articles / Single Article
3. Click the button to select an article (any article)
4. Click on an article in the list that pops up

Expected result: the article should be selected and the modal closes, but clicking the article name does not do anything (no console errors/warnings, either).
