Investigate batch encode

For highest performance, codec needs to run multiple threads and encode multiple image concurrently. So, we need to find out if AfterEffects will support this workflow: encode multiple images and inform AE when images have been encoded.

Handle component mapping for palette image

For palette images, jpeg 2000 always has a component mapping box, where
certain channels in LUT can be mapped to different colour channels, or
to opacity channels. Currently, this info is not handled in the plugin,
so for example if the first channel of the LUT is mapped to blue instead of green,
then the image will not appear correct.

Not sure if this ever happens for images in the wild, but we should either handle it, or document somehow that this is not handled.
