Website is not launching after following the steps provided

 This is regarding your ecomerce project,  what the version of PHP used ?

I tried building on php7.4 and getting error:

User interface not show

i follow all step but User interface not show up when server on

elaravel.sql doesnt exit

some of the tables are missing in the migration folder
