background worker

implement background worker to ingest data.

probably using celery, as it's standard for python.

it would also require some notification when done, as the time needed for data ingestion increases with amount of data

UI

integrate with existing UI or create new one

prepare for ChatGPT Plugins

create manifest file and API definitions. we will not be able to fully test it unless we get access to GPT Plugins
