When the log file is blank, there is no error message on the UI. Only the browser console shows an error message.

Shifting of x axis

When a plot is to be plotted beyond the current max x axis limit, the axis should be shifted to the left before plotting the next point. It may be shifted by 20-40% so that the existing graph is partly visible.

Reduce space between side bar and canvas as well as top bar and canvas

There is a lot of empty space around the canvas. Reduce it.

Default connection between blocks is not visually correct

This is an mxgraph issue.

When clicking between ports, the connection is not visually correct.

e.g.

Here, there are two issues:

1. The connection goes through the block in the middle.
2. The connection takes a left turn very close to the block on the right.

The connection should look more like this:

Prefetch images on the left side

The panel on the left opens slower for the first time when expanded.

Prefetch all the images to make the UI faster.

When the block is double-clicked, on the right hand side, show the block name under Properties.

remove / comment X calls from xcos

xcos / scilab-adv-cli requires X for operation. Remove / Comment X calls to prevent this requirement.

Right now, the simulation methods come from the React code. Put the simulation method in database.

Component being dragged from side bar to canvas is initially invisible

When dragging a component from the side bar to the canvas, the component outline is initially invisible. Only on reaching the canvas, it becomes visible.

The outline should be visible even in the side bar.
