Implement some way to do favorites

In flat view, say who the comment is replying to

In addition, I'd love to suggest that we try and get a "replying to: username" added somewhere on reply comments, similar to how they have in the Threaded view, but just as part of the comment footer in the flat view.

First step: see if this can be implemented in style itself; it seems unlikely, I'm not sure how much parent comment information we would have
Second strategy: this might be something Dreamwidth would be amenable to adding into the core of the site

How many links in the style can we get to have s2id appended to them?

Missing: links in modules, tag links in the footer, others to be noted.

Style switcher looks bad if a journal doesn't have a subtitle
