Caffe is a deep learning framework made with expression, speed, and modularity in mind. It is developed by the Berkeley Vision and Learning Center (BVLC) and community contributors.
Check out the project site for all the details like
- DIY Deep Learning for Vision with Caffe
- Tutorial Documentation
- BVLC reference models and the community model zoo
- Installation instructions
and step-by-step examples.
Please join the caffe-users group or gitter chat to ask questions and talk about methods and models. Framework development discussions and thorough bug reports are collected on Issues.
Happy brewing!
It is very difficult to install the ssd network for the first time. So I wrote some shell files for the installation to avoid some errors just like OPENCV read images error or lack essential run-time library. Here is my computer environment:
- CPU: Intel i5-6500
- MOTHER BROAD: Intel B150M
- RAM: 24GB DDR4 2133Hz
- GPU: Nvidia GTX1080 8GB with CUDA8 and cuDNN
- OS: Ubuntu 16.04
- No Anaconda install
- Use Python2.7 and OPENCV3
Good Luck!
Caffe is released under the BSD 2-Clause license. The BVLC reference models are released for unrestricted use.
