`AbstractImmutableTreeList` doesn't implement `List` correctly

The documentation for List.equals(Object) and List.hashCode() describes a very specific implementation that each List is required to conform to. Currently, AbstractImmutableTreeList doesn't implement these methods explicitly, so it inherits the implementation from Object, which is not the implementation described in List.

The correct implementations could be provided in UnmodifiableList, so that AbstractImmutableTreeList and all other classes derived from UnmodifiableList would automatically gain the correct implementations.
