Finish new model editor

Some of the source code of the old model editor is missing, so it was not included in this repository. An attempt at building a new one with the game's actual engine* (similar to the world editor) is included however under src/AceOfSpades.Editor.Models. This should be finished so that models can once again be worked on.

* The old editor was built using OpenTK and WinForms using a different renderer from the actual game.

Document world file format

The current documentation for the world file format... is... well... this.

A new version should be made in markdown with the full details.
