SkiaScene availability for Android and Windows

Hello,
I was delighted to see that you ported SkiaScene to MAUI, as you alluded to here: OndrejKunc/SkiaScene#27.
After having written some example code, I noticed that your implementation is only available on iOS. Is this a bug, or simply because you haven't gotten around to the implementation?

Support for .net 8 targeting without platform

Hi, I am trying to get this to work with my project and my unit test setup requires the unit test target to be a class library instead of a Maui app.

Is it possible to have this target just .Net8 without platform?

Maui namespace not found

I've tried using your TouchEffect in my MAUI project, but when I attempt to use it I just get a compile time error:

"The type or namespace name 'Maui' could not be found".

I installed the pre-release package from Nuget. I am using .NET 7.
