dynamically extend the SVG canvas size based on current viewer's screen resolution

Dynamically extend the SVG canvas size based on current viewer's screen resolution, unless it doesn't need to.

Fix select/option HTML component so it's scrollable when it loads with entire country name/code.

Radio box doesn't work for TOTAL, MALE, FEMALE selection for the query in each scene.

Test World Bank data API with d3 and prep data

Make a small framework or code boilerplate for calling WDI API so that I can use it for the project. This should includes

1. How to make WDI API call with D3
2. figure out if there is any limit or credential issue that can potentially roadblock the project.
3. Use API for dynamic query, but also check if I want to preprocess existing downloadable. WDI data and use them for caching-wise or to cover those aggregated data that might be tricky to do with per-request APIs.

Publish the result of first milestone on GitHub page, and submit the result on grading page. Check if I can re-submit multiple times before submitting. If multiple-submitting is not allowed, do this job at the very last minutes.
