Error reports

With the /report command the user can send a report message.

Localization

For greater user convenience, we need a feature - the ability to add localizations. To start, can use i18n and add English and Russian localizations

Integration tests

I think the project needs integration tests. I looked at the tgintegration library and it requires Python 3.8, but the project uses Python 3.7 for compatibility with Deta.

Better landing page

Project need better landing page and logo - similar to Telegram icons style.
