Add a LICENSE.md file

So that github can parse your license. Also, just "GPL" is not very specific. I suggest version 3. Thanks!

mungeQA

Anki 2 has a hook mungeQA that allows modification of the card HTML output. Might be a better alternative to the current JavaScript solution.
