This is because currently SqlCommand TP doesn't support out params and return value of SPs. I will work on it. I e-mailed you.

Support for out parameters and Return Value added. Please note that any SPs with output parameters are executed with ExecuteNonQuery, i.e. any other results of the execution ignored. The result is available as custom type with properties corresponding to out parameters' names and one property for Return Value.
