After a few clicks, I end up unable to click anything on the power management screen.

This includes the "pause" button, and seems to also happen in "touch" mode.

On my phone, the positioning of the buttons on the shield screen is still bad, particularly in portrait mode.

Changing power card selection

When a power card is already selected, clicking on it de-selects it.

However, when then clicking on another card, despite the correct value being sent to state.selectedID by cardSelected, in the render function somehow state.selectedID is null, and so all cards are drawn as if one isn't selected.

However, the selected ID has been passed out to the power component... and they came from the same variable.

Viewscreen target selection when list is empty

You end up with a blank screen, and can't get out. Needs a "back" button.

Destroy ship when hull or reactor health is zero

Reactor damage effects

Apply a 20-second effect to a random system every X seconds. X is shorter when reactor health is lower.
Don't start doing it until below a threshold, e.g. 80%.
