Trouble accessing citation.sqlite3 file

Hi there,

I've been exploring the file downloads to see if they'll help with a project I'm currently working on. I'm able to download and work with other databases you've provided, but the citation.sqlite3 file (March 26/2013) appears from my end to be corrupted. I've downloaded it four times and haven't yet been able to access the contents. There is some chance the problem is on my end, but I just wanted to check and ensure that others are able to use this file with no problems.

Also, my apologies if this is an inappropriate issue to file. I'm a github neophyte, and somewhat unfamiliar with the norms.
