determine Arma 3 behavior on various edge cases

Arma 3 behavior on various parameter / option edge cases should be reproduced by the extension.

• -par with
  • directory does not exist -> ignored
  • file does not exist -> ignored
  • file is not readable -> ignored
• option precedence: do latter params overwrite former ones? like… A3 -world=altis -world=stratis which one wins?

will load Stratis.
