Menu does not dissapear

Click multiple times and menu will not dissapear.

Tilde does not work

works very bad.

Try to insert iam js_link_tag before all js. Iam will be able to work event if errors in js below present.

Highlight current user

How about refresh settings?

Sometimes, I don't need to refresh current page after switching users. All I need is to open some link on the current page. How about a checkbox with 'Auto-refresh' setting?

User sequence

We have sequenced user emails on our project (like user_{some number here}). For testing purposes, I needed to login as 48th user. In that situation - I can't use your gem for fast login (it just doesn't display these users). It would be good to add some kind of setting for that (like templates for user login and password). So, for example, after entering some kind of email template to gem's form, I could login to any user I want just by entering a couple of fields (like number of user or something else). Also, it would be awesome if that form could remember these users (next login for 48th user with one click)
