Minimum Neighbor Distance rule implementation bogus

The implementation of the "Minimum Neighbor Distance" rule is crap.
It does not aggregate the results from the particle-particle checks. Instead, it only keeps the result from the last check.

feature request

the plugin is totally awesome, it really useful and easy to use, however, i wonder if orientation or up vector kinda feature is reasonable to add-on?

as you can see the image i attached, some fishes are off their orientation after few turns, this is obvious when come to certain amount of closeup, thank you for looking into it.

R20: Geometry Avoidance is screwed

With the R20 API compatibility changes, a bug crept in. Boids that try to avoid static geometry will now seemingly disappear, and possibly briefly re-appear somewhere else. It's probably just an ill-considered change in the Matrix transformation code (that threw quite some errors in R20 before the API adjustments).
