Incorrect Weight - topology

Simulated IP conflict

Problem with provided simulated IP from command line attach and simulated IP inside the .conf file.

`start` keeps recreating new threads

Router.initiateConnection(): fix it so that it does not recreate new clients every time if client already exists

Implement Dijkstra

propagateSynchronization() problems (random crashes on new connections)
