Sidebar initialize without using data attribute.

How can I initialize the sidebar through the Sidebar class manually or as jQuery plugin $('#selector').sidebar()? Without using data-sidebar=true? I want to override default params object - Sidebar.DEFAULTS = {} and add my own clasess. Thanks.

Missing files

Hi there,

I downloaded the ZIP, and the example HTMLs inside the /examples directory won't work. There are .css files missing. Also, only .less versions of the .css files found. Can you give more info? Thanks.

Can't install npm package

Hi! I have a problem with installation the plugin from npmjs.org.

Command from docs:
npm install @fxp/jquery-sidebar --save

Result:
npm ERR! code E404
npm ERR! 404 Not Found: @fxp/jquery-sidebar@latest

Can you help me?
