Need to use standard-js in README (forms.md)

linter awry

scss linter is not working for people in lm01. Not sure if this was a whiff from installfest, a miss in the package.json file, or an apm package expecting something it isn't getting.

@gaand can you take a look at this repo? Their scss linters are blowing up, and as far as I can tell, all we should need in there is scss-lint.yml file and it should work.
