Doesn't work on mobile devices

I'd be happy to make pull requests to fix this if the code was situated in the repo.

The Schemas page has no syntax highlighting for the code

Nice site by the way!
I'm not completely sure what the purpose of this repo is, but the GA4GH website has some code in the Scheams pages, but with no syntax highliting. I realise that it is probably low on the list of prioirtes, but none the less, issue logged. If the site was in this repo, I might have considered trying to implement this and make a pull request. =]

Repo doesn't match website contents

API and DOCS links in the top nav are switched

The "API" nav link goes to: http://ga4gh.org/#/doc
The "DOCS" nav link goes to: http://ga4gh.org/#/api

SSL certificate is verified

The SSL certiricate for the site ga4gh.org is considered unsafe by Google Chrome (and FF). Anyone trying to access the site for the first time will be presented with a big warning telling them it is unsafe.

Hover modal for API messages appears mostly off-screen

The model that appears when hovering over links in the API (e.g. at http://ga4gh.org/documentation/api/v0.5.1/ga4gh_api.html) appear off-screen to the left, making them unreadable. It does this for me for all messages in all protocols.
