Create pyasm debugger

There should be a debugger for pyasm files which provides the ability to place breakpoints on individual instructions, view the stack, and modify and use objects at runtime. The first idea I had for this was to reimplement the Python VM in Python. Would be pretty slow but probably not too hard. This could also potentially be resolved by editing the code object itself, inserting code to break to the debugger in the code object, and then executing it within the normal vm. This would probably be a lot more work and also be less reliable due to having to manipulate the bytecode. Would also probably break some stuff trying to debug something like the extended_arg example.

empty fields and list should be left out of disassembly

fields that are set to 0, such as flags or arg_count, should be excluded from disassembly output. same with empty tuples such as names or varnames

Nested code objects should be in separate files

Nested code objects over a certain size should be stored in separate pyasm files and included, rather than being defined inline. This will hopefully make analyzing large pyc files easier.
