Leftover debugging code in line 172 of dream.cpp?

There seems to be a stray bit of debugging code (?) in line 172 of dream.cpp, which reads

bstar[4] = 1;

(right after bstar has been defined as = p->bstar_zero, in line 171).

This leads to near-constant rejection of proposals if the 5th variable has a dispersion << 1, as was the case in a problem I was working on.

(Incidentally, I'd like to thank you for making your code available: I was looking for an efficient MCMC implementation in C++ as an add-on for my galaxy-image-fitting code -- https://github.com/perwin/imfit -- and aside from the brief hiccup associated with tracking down the peculiarity in line 172, above, it really seems to fit the bill!)
