Task schedule starving

When a task can run, it breaks the task list iteration and starts over, meaning that one task can starve the others, if the canRun() returns true...

All the tasks should have the chance to see if they can run or not.

Include header not found

In Timer.h <arduino.h> is included. This file does not exist on a linux system - instead it is named <Arduino.h>. Actually it probably is on windows as well, it's just that on windows filenames are case insensitive...
