finalize orders

currently (to secure myself) submitting orders to kraken is not possible.
implement that

kraken api queries

besides the exchange rates, currently everything is queried from the kraken api.
query things like account, asset pairs, ... from kraken and store it in the db -> simulations will start way quicker.

Smarter DB-queries

Do not load whole tables into python, do as much as possible in psql

db users

currently there is one db user 'kraken'.
running multiple accounts on one machine, each user should only be allowed to access his data from the db.

• add user's db sign-in information into kraken.secret
• create public tables in the db
• add public kraken information to those tables
