Rockets aren't working for me

Describe the bug
For some reason, the rockets seem to not work. When Sonic grabs onto it, he just falls off, and when the rocket launches, he just falls straight down.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Place a rocket in the level.
Activate it.

Expected behavior
Sonic should stay attached to the rocket and cling onto it for the entire duration of its launch.
