Anything that could keep players connected when a world is rendering?

Hi I was wondering if you had any patches that can fix the following:
I own the modpack "Official Hexx Reloaded" which has around 90 mods.
Currently while players run around the world generating new terrain once the save-all hits it will time everyone out. As soon as its saved everyone can join again.
My guess is its related to the fact that there are so many mods that are generating structures and ores that it struggles to save them all.
I am running on a dual xeon system with plenty of RAM, we have ruled that issue out. Its running on Thermos right now which obviously was abandoned but more recently updated than cauldron/KCauldron.

I have ran out of ideas and I was hoping that you might have something in your arenal that may help.

Port to MC 1.6.4

Можно его сделать для 1.6.4 , нельзя маинтвикером обработать папку со скриптами 180+кб. Если конечно оно поможет ему.
