MIRO installation on Ubuntu

I have Ubuntu 19.10 and R 3.6.1. I have pulled the MIRO repository and tried to install in R, but it seems that some packages are not found on the CRAN mirror "http://cran.us.r-project.org"

shiny::runApp(launch.browser=TRUE)
Loading required package: shiny

etc...

So I changed the CRAN MIRROR to "https://cran.r-project.org/" and it worked. Is that a general issue?

After switching to this new mirrors, even though the packages which weren't found before are found now, I still got an error message
"Problems creating file: 'pickstock.zip'. Error message: 'zip error: Cannot open zip file /home/chengong/miro/model/pickstock/pickstock.zip for writing in file zip.c:373'"

Many thanks in advance.
