Add IPython 1.x to LHCb scripts

this is a task to remind myself to update the release scripts ahead of 6.1.14

Read the version of LHCbDirac from the LHCb.ini

This is an open issue to remind me to modify this script to read the version of LHCbDirac to install from the LHCb.ini file.

This allows us a bit more freedom in changing versions as well as making it easier to update.

LHCb moving to gcc49

• Change the scripts to distribute Ganga 6.1.14 for gcc49
• Update dependency on LHCbDirac to latest version as well

Update lhcb-prepare to check out HEAD

The lhcb-prepare script should be updated to have an option where it can use the master branch of lhcbsetupproject and the development branch of Ganga.

tag and release 6.1.19

Tag the 6.1.19 script here and make sure it works before requesting deployment to LHCb.

Update LHCbDirac version for 6.1.19

@milliams Can you let me know when you plan to run the LHCb tests so I can bump the version of LHCbDirac in the repo. Alternatively if you could do it as part of the release testing that would be great :)
