Get request all queens timeout, other get rqs return error 400

Get request for list of all queens timeout, while other get requests return error 400 claiming "internal server error".

Max-width redundant

max-width: 800px;

There's a scss variable in main.scss called $section-max-width that is set to 800px.

If we're applying that to each section of the form (lipsyncs, challenges, judges, etc), then I think we shouldn't need to also have it on the Textarea component. Width 100% would be all we need.

get queens by name, rather then by id

It would be useful if we could query for a queens info using their name - the id is difficult to find.
