Status not showing miles for COUNTRY_US

I'm seeing kilometers for my distances in the status message/dialog even though my config is setup with these:
'country' => NissanConnect::COUNTRY_US,
'tz' => 'America/Los_Angeles'

But the config->country test is not passing for 'US' on this line and is falling through to the else/km settings:

API v2 changes

Nissan have updated the API and easy access doesn't work after this change.

I naively tried to implement these changes, but apparently not correctly : Request for 'UserLoginRequest.php' failed. Response received: {"status":404}

Connection timeout

Lately I cannot get any status update anymore.

'Status Update' displays previous information

I've noticed a change in behaviour in the last week or two, which presumably means something's changed at Nissan's end. When I request a status update and wait, the LEAF status dialog eventually appears, but with old data. If I then click 'Last Known Status', I see up-to-date data - so the status update is obviously working in so far as updating the Nissan servers, but the new info is not getting back to my php site in the same routine.

Connection refused

First of all thanks for this! Been looking forward for this to integrate in my openhab panel! However an error returns:

Error during request to https://gdcportalgw.its-mo.com/gworchest_160803A/gdc/InitialApp.php: Failed to connect to gdcportalgw.its-mo.com port 443: Connection refused

2017 Leaf - getting Battery: 160/12 (1333%)

Is this because I have a 30KWh battery or is there a place to set this up for a more accurate %?
Nissan Connect web page shows 71% charged.

Not working in US

When I try to use in the US I get a message saying "We've moved" and it tries to redirect to the new Nissan website,

Problems with Connection

Had Problems with the connection since 5 Days, before all worked ok. After Update to the new Version following Problem/Error:

An error occurred: Login failed, or failed to find car VIN, authToken or accountID in response of login request: {"errorMessage":"Authentication Failure","errorCode":910,"status":200}
