Recursive processing of code in folder

Add option to recursively process all files in subfolders. (I'll try to do it if I have the time.)

Underscores are not handled correctly

Underscores in text should probably be escaped, because they are treated as italics.
For example, in generated .md is this line that shows name of one of the scripts:

./src\label_sanity_check.py

And it is rendered as ./src\feature sanity check (without spaces, I can't reproduce the issue in github's .md viewer).

I'll try to fix it.
