German (sort of)

Das ist ein Widget für das Übersicht App. Es nimmt die lätzte Nachrichten aus dem RSS von der Polizeiticker.ch Seite, und zeigt sie auf einem rollierenden Ticker.

Man kann konfigurieren, ob der Ticker auf dem unteren oder oberen Ende des Bildschirms stellt, Farben, Geschwindigkeit und Nachrichtmenge.

Installation und Konfiguration

Einfach den Zip-Datei in dem Übersicht-Widgets Ordner unpacken. Normalerweise ist es ~/Library/Application support/Übersicht/widgets. index.coffee mit einem Texteditor öffnen, und die gewünschte Werte ändern.

Benutzung

Einfach auf dem Bildschirm rollieren lassen. Wenn Sie über etwas mehr wissen möchten, können Sie auf die Schlagzeile Klicken. Nachsehen Sie die Interaktionstaste auf Ihrer Übersicht generelle Konfiguration.

This is a widget for the Übersicht app. It takes the latest headlines from the Polizeiticker.ch site's RSS and displays them in a scrolling ticker. The content provider is Switzerland-centered, so only news from that country and occasionally Germany are available.

The background and font colours, ticker speed and number of headlines can be configures, as well as the ticker position on the top or bottom of the screen.

Install and configure

Just download and extract the zip file in the apps' widgets folder (normally at ~/Library/Application support/Übersicht/widgets), open index.coffee with a text editor and change the desired values.

Use

Just let it sit on your screen. If something catches your attention and want to know more, the headlines are clickeable. Check the interaction key in your general Übersicht preferences.

How to change feed?

Is there a way to change/edit this widget to pull from other RSS feeds? If so, how?

Headline error when there's more than one hyphen in title

Missed two headlines in a row

The two of them had a different format. Instead of Place KK - Headline they were Place KK: Headline(even no KK in one of them).

If they begin being inconsistent it will be bad for parsing.
