Dice rolling bot for Matrix using the granolin bot framework. More documentation will come...

Commands

Currently, snekeyes supports two commands:

• craps! which rolls two six-sided dice. You win if the total is 7.
• roll! NdS which rolls N dice with S sides. roll! 5 will roll 5 six-sided dice.

snekeyes's Issues

make commands case insensitive

should be able to type "Roll!" "roLL!" "rOlL!" and have it work

Handle different dice-string formats

Would be nice if:

• "roll! 5" defaulted to rolling 5 six-sided dice
• `"roll! d20" would roll a single twenty-sided die (or whatever the number of sides is)
• .... others?

Format single dice rolls better

instead of "you rolled (5) for a total of 5" just tell us what got rolled.

perhaps report the type of die being rolled?

Implement real rules/game for craps!

would be cool if a whole game between various players could be implemented.
maybe this bot would keep track of all that too, or perhaps there should be a "bookie" bot to handle wagers.

Add images for other dice rolls

might have to generate them myself, but it might be nice to have images for the typical role playing dice.

• find or generate images
• write script for uploading to a matrix server
• use links on server for posting them in a message from bot
