Add Makefile for Web Sample cookbook

Create Makefile to test and publish Web Sample cookbook

Create PowerShell version of InSpec runner

The InSpec runner Systems Manager document currently only supports Linux. Add PowerShell for Windows systems

Use a cookbook to deploy Chef Automate

The Chef Automate instance should be configured using the chef_ingredient::chef_automatev2 resource.

It should also:

• Store the credentials in Parameter Store
• Create an API token
• Store the token in Parameter Store

Update InSpec runner to exit cleanly

The InSpec runner reports a failure when there are InSpec profile errors. The execution should still report success.

This is likely because each line is executed individually. The InSpec command and error handling should be a single step.

InSpec runner first execution fails

The first execution of the InSpec runner always fails, because it runs before the InSpec configuration file is created.

• Chef Infra Server
• Sample Web
